Hello! Thank you for considering Sage Academy. The first steps for admission are  a tour and a mini family interview. Tours may be scheduled by calling our office at 408-898-8627.

The next step is to schedule trial day(s). See below.

Trial days are required before academic year admittance. We are a unique, alternative program and we want to ensure we are the right fit for everyone. Our SUMMER SESSION is the best way to try us out, but we are happy to schedule trials during the academic year. Requests for trials should be emailed to: sage.student.academy@gmail.com or contact@sageacademy-k12.com

The following forms must be completed before attending:

Fee: SUMMER (Drop-in Rate): $100/day, ACADEMIC YEAR: $40/day

Once accepted, the following forms should be completed:

Full-time Enrollment Form 2025-2026, Tuition Agreement

Or, Homeschoolers Attending Classes with Us

Financial Aide is available to those who qualify. Options below:

2. Email us to request a list of county subsidy programs for after-school care & summer attendance.

3. In some cases we will accept parental volunteer in exchange for partial tuition. If you are interested in this option, please try the above first, then email a list of valuable skills that would contribute to the betterment of our students. Please understand you are applying to be a role-model in our group. Depending on what actions are needed, acceptance in the program is not guaranteed. <3
